What does Sigmatize Returns do?

It lets you create a return from any order directly in your Shopify admin, with a required reason on every item. Those reasons feed an analytics dashboard that shows which products are returned and why, so you can address the root causes and reduce returns over time.

How do I create a return?

Open the order you want to process, click More actions → Return Concierge, select the items being returned, choose a return reason (and an optional note), then click Create return. The return is created on the order, and its reason is recorded.

Where do I see return analytics?

Open the app and go to the Analytics page. It groups your returns by reason and product so you can see why items come back. The analytics dashboard is included in the paid Growth and Enterprise plans.

What plans are available?

Free includes creating returns, capturing reasons, and your warehouse return-address settings. Growth adds the return-reason analytics dashboard. Enterprise adds advanced analytics and priority support. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and all billing is handled securely through Shopify.

How is my data handled?

We request only the data needed to operate returns and practice data minimization. We honor Shopify's privacy and data-deletion webhooks. Full details are in our privacy policy.

Does it work alongside Shopify's native returns?

Yes. Returns you create appear on the order like any other Shopify return, so you process and refund them with Shopify's standard tools. Sigmatize Returns adds the required-reason capture and the analytics on top.
